Here’s a magazine we’ve long respected for their contribution to the development and support of SME’s in Australia.

Their article today entitled “How important is cultural fit when recruiting” is one of the first we’ve seen that explains the topic in a format that’s easily understood.

Too many articles over-complicate the subject. Why this article is so good is that it explains that cultural fit is really made up of three components.

One of those is person to job fit. It’s this component that we believe is either the most important aspect or equal with organisational fit – which is how well aligned the candidate is to the style of management in place and the “style” of the business.
