The StaffMatcher® reference check document contains customised questions for each candidate based on their psychometric test results. Scripted questions enable you to validate referee answers. Simple to use, it eliminates referee bias and places you firmly in control of the reference check process.

The reference check is automatically prepared for every candidate who has completed the StaffMatcher® psychometric test. Note that individual reference checks are tailored to each specific candidate, and are not interchangeable between different candidates.
